Job Description:

• Must have experience, knowledgeable and have proven results in BMS, ELV systems, a lot and Cloud platform systems.
• Self-motivated and discipline personnel whom is ready to be an individual contributor to fully focus and objectively fulfil KPIs set by senior management for achieving company’s regional growth, particularly within Southeast Asia.
• Familiar with the regional market opportunities, business activities, strong contacts base and maintaining cohesive working relationships with our regional partners.
• Develop regional sales and project capturing strategies, advising Senior Management on applicable business models.
• Market company’s branding, managing and nurturing key accounts relationships, growing customer contact bases throughout targeted regions.
• Develop and propose sales budgets and growth forecasts aligned with the sales strategies of the given KPIs.
• Manage large scale tenders (BMS + ELV systems) accurate sales estimation, system design and regular sales training.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
