Job Description
Assist FCM and ensuring the outlet profitability and operational efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
Making improvement to the running of the business and develop the food court.
1. Responsible to oversee day to day operations of outlet.
2. Work with tenants, landlord and crew on customers’ enquiries and feedback.
3. Train and guide crew to provide professional and friendly service to customers.
4. Assist FCM to meet food & beverage & tenant sales target
5. Assist FCM to manage tenants and to achieve 100% stall occupancy.
6. Upkeep the facility to ensure the outlet is well maintained.
7. Ensure the property in line with strict hygiene, health, cleanliness, and workplace safety guidelines.
8. Conduct checks on quality of the food and beverage products.
9. Prepare shift, daily sales and weekly reports
10. Responsible to check and tally sales taking and banking of sales.
11. Coordinate procurement to ensure outlet is sufficiently stocked.
12. Assist Marketing to execute marketing/promotional campaign
