Job Scope:

-Motivate the staff and maintain an open channel of communication between the ground staff and the management.

- Ensure all staff are following the company’s SOPs

- Ensure smooth operations of the restaurant including working on the ground in the various roles (service crew, ramen chef, dishwasher) as necessary.

The Responsibilities:

Marketing

• Support marketing activities from distributors
• Boost revenue of existing products into the Singapore market while working closely with Japan HQ
• Develop and implement the business plan and marketing strategies to drive the business growth in Singapore markets (There is a possibility of being responsible for countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, etc. in future)
• Forecast monthly sales and take action to achieve sales targets

• Support sales activities from distributors

• Identify gaps between actual sales versus plan and take appropriate action to address any differences

The Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years of work experience in the Sales and Marketing field in ASEAN countries
• Proficiency in Japanese language is required to communicate with native Japanese-speaking stakeholders
• Possess distributor management experience
• Required to travel overseas
• Possess distributor management experience
• Strong communication skills and values teamwork
• Able to communicate with distributors and customers
• Enjoy building relationships and engaging in communication in social environments
