Description of the Role:

Overall responsibility for LEROY SOMER alternators service sales and promotion in South East Asia and Australia/New Zealand to meet bookings & service sales targets and to provide the full spectrum of support.

JOB DETAILS

The job holder should be responsible for the following:

• Sell service, whether spare parts, work on site, machine replacement, or workshop services at targeted customer segments.

• Establishing good relationship with end user and service partners to capture growth.

• He will make technical visits on site to quote service projects. He can rely on the application/technical support engineer to understand and analyze the situation of the machine at the customer’s site, propose our technical solution and articulate it in front of the customer.

• Development program with distributorship in the region.

• Prepare technical & commercial offers against client requirements (max. value 500,000US$ without manager review).

• Liaise with sales administration & finance teams to ensure effective & profitable sales.

• Coordination with manufacturing facilities to facilitate on-time delivery.

• Forecast budget & action plan.

• Keep CRM updated ( Saleforce ) on very regular basis.

• Prepare weekly & monthly report for visits, offers.

• Adhere to local and international trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices (reference LEROY SOMER Trade Compliance Procedure).

• Fulfil any other reasonable duties as required.

Education and Qualification(s): Qualified to degree level in engineering / bachelor in electrical discipline

The successful candidate will play an integral role within the IT Service Management Ops leadership team. Armed with a strategic focus and experience in application infrastructure resiliency as well as operational stability the candidate is expected to lead the swift service recovery from complex incidents and managing disaster recovery ensuring high service availability and customer satisfaction in IT service delivery. This position is crucial in ensuring operational stability, which includes leading improvements through process review/transformation and implementation of new initiatives and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

•Take ownership of critical incidents, facilitating resolution with the parties involved, and conducting thorough root cause analyses and post-incident reviews to boost system resilience.

•Transforming and driving operational excellence and system resilience by proactively preventing defects and eliminating inefficiencies in current processes.

•Continuously review the governance and processes of IT Service Management, proposing improvements or new methods to maintain operational agility and stability.

•Providing technical leadership and training to ITSM teams, including offshore resources, and mentoring them in their professional development.

•Align ITSM ITIL practices with various IT teams to prepare them for operational readiness, and managing changes and incidents to maintain efficient service delivery and system resilience.

•Develop technical talent and leadership in the team through upskilling programs and continuous feedback.

•Take accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.

Requirements

•Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields with Infrastructure Library (ITIL)/Service Integration and Management (SIAM) certification

•At least 8-10 yrs of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Operations and IT Service Management inclusive of at least 3 years in leadership role

•Proven proficiency in utilizing Agile methodologies for operations management.

•Certification in Business Continuity Management (BCM) is preferred but not mandatory

•Knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform are preferred, with certifications in ITSM CAS, CAD, or CIS considered a bonus.

•Familiarity with network and cloud technologies (public, private), including Linux, Wintel, VMware, and DevOps.

•Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, JIRA, and Confluence, and monitoring/orchestration platforms like ScienceLogic, Splunk, and APM.

•Ability to:

•A proven track record in managing IT service delivery Command Centre and ServiceDesk operations, and addressing infrastructure support escalations (e.g., network systems, storage).

•Excellent communication skills across organizational levels, including executive management, supported by strong interpersonal skills, a positive outlook, flexible and adaptable approach.

Job Description:

• Conduct site safety audit inspections, monitor and drive contractors’ close out of safety violations
• Identify foreseeable risks and hazards in the worksite and in relation to the work activities and work sequence and assess suitability of contractors’ risk control measures.
• Review contractors’ method statement, risk assessment and safe work procedure and recommend and implement practicable measures and safe work procedures
• Facilitate Investigation processes and report to WSH Manager on all incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Liaise with main contractor representatives, subcontractor and relevant
• Authorities pertaining to safety matters
• Monitor follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance and close out inspection findings and observations.
• Ensure SMM implementation and compliance due to COVID-19 or any other pandemic outbreaks.
• Inculcate a safe working environment and promote positive safety culture and training.
• Relevant duties as and when assigned by Reporting Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or Workplace Safety & Health disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience as WSHO
• MOM Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO)
• Highly motivated, results-oriented and good team player
• Able to manage contractors and consultants.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance and meeting tight deadlines and report effectively to the WSH Manager
• Comfortable to work in construction site in the western side of Singapore.

Introduction:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support and drive our company’s e-commerce business for multi-brands across different marketplace platforms and online buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall e-commerce sales on Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and Shopify.
• Responsible for daily e-commerce operations, including uploading and monitoring product information on the platforms.
• Ensure timely execution of order process management.
• Update stock count, monitor shipment & delivery of orders, assure on-time deliveries and update systems accordingly.
• Provide customer service to support the sales growth.
• Attend queries, resolve any concerns on their orders with minimum TAT, maintain accurate and timely records of correspondences or discussions with customers.
• Prepare monthly summary sales reports.
• Plan and execute e-commerce promotion campaigns.
• Work with in-house designers to prepare promotion banners, category banners and campaign artwork.

Requirements:

• Energetic, collaborative and results-oriented person with 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG. Experience in handling e-commerce platforms is a bonus.
• Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Self-starter who is technologically savvy, organised and able to operate well in a team under pressure.
• Possess good analytical skills to evaluate sales reports to build competitive sales strategy and promotions for each platform.
