• To provide timely updates to user management and DSTA on incidents / problem investigation.
• To provide regular consolidated incident summary (including those which are cross-systems, infra incident or due to AFE) to user.
• To perform defect trend analysis to address recurring incident.

Managing the resources in ensuring the expedient and proper closure of incidents and service requests.

Change Request Management

• To propose continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance, cybersecurity posture, and improve work processes
• To conduct requirement gathering with the end users; oversees and manage the implementation of the changes required; and ensuring satisfactory and timely delivery to the users.
• To plan and manage implementation such as Change Request to enable the smooth deployment of the solution. This includes planning, providing support to set-up, identifying and facilitating data collection, highlighting project issues, as well as escalating and facilitating closure of issues with users.

• Work alongside staff, peers, and partners to deliver transfer pricing solutions and strategies to multinational clients in the financial services sector, both in Singapore and globally.
• Lead the team through functional analysis, industry research, and benchmarking studies, applying insights to assess client positions and develop effective strategies.
• Guide the team in providing transfer pricing policy advice and preparing documentation.
• Review and offer recommendations on client agreements or documents for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Identify cross-business line opportunities for business development while managing transfer pricing engagements.
• Foster strong external and internal relationships with clients, networks, teams, and other service lines.
• Participate in any other ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, tax, accounting, or a related field.
• Motivated, self-driven, and ambitious professional with 5-10 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally within the Asia-Pacific and/or Europe regions and from a professional services firm.
• Preferably experienced in handling TP matters for Financial Services clients and/or Financial Transactions.
• SCTP accreditation is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in OECD and Singapore TP guidelines.
• Skilled in delivery management, with a focus on timely execution.
• Proven leadership, project management, and analytical abilities.
• Effective team player with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange export shipments to distributors/customers, including drop and export shipments.
• Prepare and handle commercial documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, and shipping documents using in-house systems like RPMS.
• Coordinate shipments and cargo collection with the warehouse department.
• Prepare necessary shipment certificates (e.g., SMF, COO, COQ).
• Prepare Letters of Credit for bank submission.
• Liaise with external vendors, including freight forwarders, clearing houses, third-party logistics providers, and delivery contractors.
• Process manual purchase orders and shipping instructions for vendors in regions including Japan, America, Europe, China, Indonesia, Thailand, and India.
• Negotiate rates and contracts to optimize delivery efficiency and cost.
• Plan and monitor inbound shipments/freights from both local and international suppliers.
• Track and oversee costs related to loading and unloading.
• Investigate claims from distributors concerning shortages, incorrect deliveries, or defective parts with warehouse personnel.
• Prepare orders and monthly reports as needed.
• Perform any other duties assigned during the course of work.
