â—Ź Manage daily operations including cleanliness, organization and staffing
â—Ź Perform opening, mid and closing shift duties
â—Ź Manage guest relations and guest recovery
â—Ź Provide exceptional guest service, and setting the standard for all staff
â—Ź Monitor staff performance and hold staff accountable for their performance, ensuring guests
experiences meet the company guidelines
â—Ź Make hiring and disciplinary recommendations to Management
â—Ź Coach and develop discipline all front-of-house employees through ongoing feedback of performance
expectations
â—Ź Work with Logistics and Procurement to manage supplies deliveries and inventory and maintain
records of invoices
â—Ź Contribute to management staff meetings
â—Ź Guarantee safety and security of customers and employees by following established guidelines and
procedures regarding loss prevention and risk management

â—Ź Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff at all levels
â—Ź Ability to work in a high stress, faced-paced environment

â—Ź Food and Services industry preferred but not essential
