Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the interior renovation sector. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales consultants, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales consultants, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the interior renovation industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceptional customer service.
Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management review.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Valid experience or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the interior renovation industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of interior design principles and renovation processes is an advantage.
Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency is required.
