The Nurse Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of all nursing activities in the assigned Dialysis Centre(s). You will be responsible in upholding professional standards for the nursing team such as to lead, supervise and coach the team(s) on clinical processes, maintaining service quality in the dialysis centres, in addition to regular clinical duties such as delivery of all dialysis related-nursing services.

You will assist the Senior Nurse Manager with the professional development and monitoring of the clinical staff, conduct performance appraisals, participate in clinical audits and optimise the use of resources in collaboration with the operations team.

Forecasting
