Job Description & Requirements

• Give out samples to the shoppers
• Approach, conduct sales pitch, convince prospects to purchase our services & products.
• Provide skincare consultation, product demonstration, recommendations on treatment plans and suitable products to client
• Perform mini facials and hand demo, disseminate product samples, brochures, flyers etc. and assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for
• Engage with customers discovering their wants and needs and build productive trust relationships
• Achieve the monthly targets and “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Maintain a clean and organized outlet, ensuring products are well-stocked.
• Continuously seek to improve the product knowledge, and act as an expert for the customer
• Conduct brand/product training to peers when required
• Support overall day-to-day retail operations and housekeeping of the store.

Requirements:

• Three to five experience in pro active cosmetic sales (In Retail Shop)
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the skincare/beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products.
• Sales-oriented with a passion for beauty.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fast-paced and collaborative working style
• Positive working attitude and Sales Oriented
• 5 or 6 days per week, 8 hours rotating shift per day (including weekends)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading the Outlets Operation Team under your supervision to achieve sales revenue, control and reduce food wastage, improve customer service level and ensure operational standards are met
• Monitoring sales across each store to check that KPIs are met
• Responsible for day-to-day operation matters and ensure all SOPs are observed consistently
• Audit stores on a periodic basis and create corresponding reports to be shared with team members
• Create a work culture that promotes teamwork, high morale, recognition, mutual respect and team member satisfaction
• Manage labour manning and cost under-budgeted levels. Work closely with store-in-charge to plan and revise weekly and monthly schedule for all staff according to store’s needs and sales forecast
• Provide training to store-in-charge to enhance their sales and supervisory skills
• Ensure efficient inventory and product management
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements without compromise
• Ensure that employees observe the company policies, SOPs and processes
• Follow up on all customer's feedback, compliments and complaints and ensure that these are handled promptly with a thorough investigation and timely manner
• Able to coach and guide staff to provide consistent and prompt service to all customers

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Store Manager in the F&B industry
• Holding a valid food handler’s license or certification in food safety mandatory
• Complete knowledge of various food handling practices, guidelines, and industry standards
• Excellent organizational, leadership and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated, hygienic, and detail-oriented individual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
• Ability to offer excellent customer service

Responsibilities:

• Ensure team briefings are carried out before each service period
• Implement and ensure that Food Safety and Hygiene standards are met at all times
• Ensure that all food is prepared according to quality, taste and hygiene guidelines established by the Company
• Train and develop the team to deliver the food to a high standard
• Ensure readiness for service and that the pace is set for peak times
• Ensure that all food is presented for service in a timely manner and in correct sequence
• Deal with any customer returns of food in a timely manner
• Check and sign for all deliveries
• Ensure that outlet is stocked with adequate levels of inventory
• Participate in monthly physical stock take of the Outlet, including but not limited to plates, bowls and crockery
• Control wastage
• Handle guests’ special requests and complaints
• Ensure that the Kitchen Assistants and Kitchen Crew are able to handle their duties properly and well groomed, properly attired and efficient.
• Ensure that the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained including the maintenance of furnishings and equipment and the proper set up of the Outlet and connected areas
• Assist your superior in Implementing and developing of training programs
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Reporting to the Managing Director, your job responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:-

• Oversee the Company’s Singapore and China business operations
• Plan the Company's Chinese strategy, hiring and delegating authority to implement new policies and practices.
• Oversee specific departments in sales, marketing or finance and drive the respective division's China operation
• Other duties as assigned from time to time

We're looking for a candidate who has the following:

• Minimum degree with 6 years experience including 1-2 years of Supervisory experience
• Experience in overseas or China business development is an advantage
• Ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage as liaising with our counterparts in China and Chinese customers.
