• Daily Engagement with Customers:

1. Engage directly with customers on a daily basis to address tactical business matters such as production planning, logistics, purchasing, finance, and customer service, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

1. Maintain accurate data within forecasting systems, including customer forecasts, volume projections, pricing details, and customer codes.
