• Responsible for directing and monitoring the daily activities of the lab operations
• Consistently maintain the safety and quality standards in the laboratory and manage initiatives

job requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Science
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of laboratory safety with extensive knowledge of the current suite of testing capabilities
• Must be very familiar with ISO17025 (candidates with Signatories of ISO17025 highly desirable)
• Candidates with experience with testing cementation/painting/tiling/coating will be highly desirable for the construction chemical department
• Candidates with experience as a lead auditor will be considered for the Certification department
• Understanding of continuous improvement disciplines such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, etc. preferred

The Project Manager is responsible in making decisions that ensure the quality and timeliness of construction deliverables by overseeing onsite operations teams, vendors, subcontractors and clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting the Senior Project Manager in managing project engineering of ACMV systems including planning and defining project scope, goals and deliverables
• Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation
• Work together with Senior Project Manager to ensure project progress meet project submission, project schedule including coordinating activities and resolving problems
• Managing the work activities and performance of the subcontractors, supervisors and workers and liaise with clients, relevant authorities and consultants to resolve bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
