• Sell the Smartly.io product by identifying, cultivating, and closing new business within Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Australia, targeting agencies
• Build and manage strategic relationships with senior stakeholders at your clients
• Acquire and maintain a solid understanding of the value proposition of the platform as well as the existing and future needs of new prospects and existing customers
• Merge the needs of the customers' KPIs and digital advertising strategy with the product offering
• Partner with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Partnership and Customer Success teams to cultivate a successful demonstration of our solution, trial, conversion and retention of customers
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate updates to ensure reliable predictability in revenue forecasting

We’re definitely looking for you, if you have...

• 5+ years of sales and business development experience in corresponding agencies preferably in digital marketing and paid social.
• Ability to create connections and engage with a variety of audiences, including C-level decision makers.
• Strong desire and capability to constantly learn about our technical product, the organization and ecosystem
• Existing connections that will open doors in growing verticals like automotive, e-commerce, entertainment, gaming, retail or travel.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding quota on a consistent basis
• Ability to work in our Singapore office at least 2 days a week (hybrid)
• Ability and willingness to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events in Singapore, Indonesia, Australia and Hong Kong

• Handle incoming phone calls and process sales orders.
• Generate invoices, delivery orders, and other relevant documents for shipment and Compile monthly sales reports.

About the Role

As a Digital Insurance Project Manager, your core responsibility will be to oversee and manage the implementation of new and/or existing projects within CoverGo's operations. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong drive to lead transformative projects in the insurtech industry.

What You Will Do

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Lead project planning sessions with the internal team and client's staff

The Senior Project Manager will manage and oversee a number of projects on Web / Mobile applications from initiation to implementation, working with stakeholders, technical lead, vendor, QA team, project members, business sponsors and business representatives to jointly design, develop and implement digital affinity and customer servicing solutions. The incumbent is required to plan, manage, coordinate, execute and track the progress of concurrent projects, to ensure they are successfully delivered within budget and timeline.

This role entails managing concurrent projects delivered via multiple releases, enable inter- department collaboration and influencing Enterprise strategic direction by balancing between project delivery and Enterprise Architecture roadmap. This position requires a seasoned project manager who understands both technical and management aspects to deliver strategic projects under a dynamic environment within a short timeline. Being highly effective in engaging senior management and project sponsors, together with a strong ability to drive delivery across internal and external parties, are essential skills needed to succeed in this role.

The Job

• Own the delivery of projects assigned, ensuring timely completion and within allocated budget.
• Manageproject lifecycle, from pre-project budgeting, through the Delivery Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Security, Audits, etc.), to post-implementation maintenance, in accordance with Project Management Processes and Methodologies.
• Participate in pre-project activities such as estimation of project efforts,budgeting, preparation of high level project plan and timeline, resource acquisition, and staffing the project team.

• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Our Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines.
• Certified Scrum Master &/or Project Manager (PMP), with at least 10 years of experience in delivering IT projects and 3 years in managing project using agile practice.
• Good track records in delivering large multi-country customer facing web/mobile application with internal backoffice portal experience in the last 5 years will be advantageous.
• Experience in managing projects which involve technologies related to API, Microservices, and/or Containerization platforms, web/mobile technologies (such as Java, AngularJS, VueJS),native/hybrid mobile application framework (such as Cordova),Analytics/Web SaaS tools (like Google Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.) and application monitoring tool (such as Dynatrace) will be advantageous.
• Well-versed with IT Security and Audit processes (E.g. OWASP, CMMI, etc.).
• Conversant in using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Kanban Boards, Microsoft Project, etc. is required.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong inter-personal and leadership skill in developing and managing high performance project teams and fostering teamwork.
• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
