HR Strategy and Planning Manager

We will count on you to:
- Support Asia People Leader in executing HR strategies aligned with local practices and market conditions.
- Work closely with People Leaders on special projects, including HR strategy formulation and development.
- Represent the HR function on cross-functional and enterprise-wide working committees.
- Act as a point of contact between People Leaders and other stakeholders, providing oversight and guidance.
- Prepare materials, organize for leadership and internal meetings and offsites.
- Manage key initiatives, monitor progress, and report to leaders.
- Define, implement communication strategy, oversee administrative and operational activities for Asia People Leader.
- Lead a team responsible for people metrics reporting and analytics.
What you need to have:
- 7-10 years of experience in HR, project management, or consulting. Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple complex projects
- Proven experience collaborating with diverse teams across North and Southeast Asia, understanding local nuances.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity in complex situations.
- Experience coordinating with global teams to implement regional initiatives.
- Proficient in Power BI and Workday; data analysis skills are essential.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to create clear emails and presentations.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
