We are seeking an energetic, people-oriented Supervisor to bring out the very best in our BDRs. This is a highly collaborative role, and you will work closely with your Inside Sales Director and Sales Enablement to optimize BDR experience and effectiveness. You love developing people, you understand how to collaborate with internal stakeholders to collate, interpret, and put analysis into action to drive for results.
Reporting directly to our Inside Sales Director you will manage a Business Development Representative focused on setting meetings with potential decision-makers and key contacts.
You’ll have the opportunity to onboard the new joiners of the Inside Sales Team and be involved in their training and growth through their career at Datasite.
You will use your experience to mentor and inspire the Team to hit monthly targets alongside the Inside Sales Director.
The role includes a monthly Target to achieve, and it will require running special projects that involve prospect, call, and follow-up activities as well as attending events. May include light travel.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting into the Inside Sales Director, you will be onboarding, coaching, and supporting a growing team of Business Development Representatives whose primary task is to qualify and set meetings with potential leads, as well as prospecting and follow-up decision-makers using our tech applications.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborate internally with your Inside Sales Director in order to create and deploy high-quality, persona-based Sequences within our Sales Engagement Platform, Outreach.io.
- Work closely with the Inside Sales Director to build a strategy that ensures that the team is hitting goals and generating a sufficient quality pipeline to meet monthly targets
- Involved in the tailored strategy of each BDR alongside Sales Enablement with Elevate, which is our career advancement program
- Strategically advise BDRs, alongside your Director, to drive pipeline creation in both the inbound and outbound realms
- Enable and coach to develop new sales skills in collaboration with the Inside Sales Director and the Sales Enablement Team
- Onboard the new joiners, working closely with Sales Enablement and training them alongside the Inside Sales Director
- Being the first point-of-contact for all the BDRs in their day-to-day activities related to the prospecting and calling activities using all the tech applications (SFDC, LSN, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo)
- Being the first point-of-contact for all the BDRs for troubleshooting all the tech applications
- Attending the LinkedIn Sales Navigator calls and sharing updates on the tool with the Team
- Hit Monthly Target and run special projects that involve prospect, call, and follow-up activities.
- In order to create and maintain a high-performing close-knit team culture, 3 days in the office are required (Tuesdays and Thursdays are mandatory).
