We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Assistant who has experience running picking, packing and processing of online orders. He or she will oversee and ensure the smooth flow of the daily ecommerce operations.
Responsibilities:
• In-charge of online order fulfilment; involves physical picking, quality control and packing of orders
• Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customers’ orders across e-Commerce platforms & marketplaces
• Responsible for scheduling of delivery/pick-ups with 3rd party delivery vendors
• Coordinate with customer service on fulfilling products returns and exchanges
• Attend to customer enquiries and administrative matters
• Process daily closing of sales in the system
• To coordinate with retail stores to fulfil orders
• To coordinate with logistic to ensure deliveries are on time
• May require to travel to stores to collect products for urgent fulfilment
• Planning and executing SOPs
• Address operational issues and concerns
• Handle other ad-hoc projects whenever necessary
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in the handling of e-commerce platform (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Shopify etc.)
• Comfortable in working in warehouse environment
• Able to work independently and adhere to deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Growth oriented and humble to learn working attitude
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Highly adaptable in fast paced environments, must be able to think and act quickly with changing demands
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
