• Reviews fulfillments done by Revenue Growth team to ensure the strategy and objectives are met prior to submission to the client.
• Reviews annual projections of client gross income and personnel needs.
• Ensures a high level of agency performance on behalf of clients assigned.
• Periodically reviews account profitability to ascertain that a reasonable profit is being earned from the work done for each client.
• Proactively recommend strategies to Supermom top management to better engage and grow revenue from media agencies
• Discover creative solutions to day to day portfolio level challenges
• Create new portfolio level opportunities
• Create presentation materials and deliver for internal and external meeting

Requirements:

• At least 10+ years of media agency experience
• Extensive networks and contacts in FMCG and media agency industry
• Able to network and entertain clients to build relationships
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with acute business sense
• Entrepreneurial with excellent communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure
• Good understanding of how agencies measure performance with relevant KPIs
• Good understanding of how agencies evaluate vendors and partners
