• Responsible for maintaining image and presentation of Sisley in-store i.e. Visual merchandising (VM), timely delivery of collaterals, cleanliness. Includes weekly counter checks to ensure standards are upheld.

• Lead the opening of new counters/stores, pop-up stores, event activations and temporary counters.

• Inventory control i.e. module, sell-through, and obsolescence and stock takes.

• Working with Sales Manager to uphold the standards of our facial cabins.

• Managing the monthly sales closing and ensuring all sales, commission, OT, claims paper work is reconciled and submitted to finance.

4. Other responsibilities

• Partner with Training division to answer customer enquiries/feedback/complaints.

· Monthly competitor activity feedback on sales, mechanics, activations.

· Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience – minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail sales and operations in Singapore local market.

• Prior experience in the cosmetic retail or beauty industry would be preferred and a strong knowledge in Beauty category (skincare & makeup) is a plus.

• Min qualification – Diploma.

• A real passion for people and their development and the beauty industry, including a love of learning new things.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral and high competency in presentation.

• Excellent customer service skills and standards with a good understanding of retail business and the market.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, we are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their wholesale business to support the team on daily wholesale operations coordination and preparing sales reports.

The Job:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the wholesale division, emphasizing effective coordination internally and externally across sales, products, budgets, and procedures within the designated sales area. This focus aims to achieve objectives related to sales, stock management, quality control, brand image, and planned expansion.
• Manage the entire process of order processing, overseeing the creation and confirmation of orders by liaising with the Customer Service team and clients. Track delivery statuses, manage accounts payable, service rates, and training initiatives with meticulous attention to detail.
• Regularly consolidate clients' sales results, KPIs, and business reviews on a weekly and monthly basis. Offer support to management by conducting specific business and commercial analyses.
• Assist the team during buying sessions by managing appointment schedules, preparing for buys, consolidating orders, and conducting thorough buy analyses.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and finance departments to streamline payment processes.
• Conduct comprehensive checks on documentation provided by logistics providers, ensuring compliance with trade transaction requirements.
• Recommend Visual Merchandising props for customers in alignment with brand guidelines, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure cohesive and brand-consistent displays.
• Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders on all operational and logistics-related activities.
• Provide support for store events activation and diligently follow up on results.

The Talent:

• Prior experience in the retail or wholesale division with a focus on either order processing, merchandising, visual merchandising, or sales support is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills, meticulousness, and high independence to complete tasks within deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to deliver advanced data analysis and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with native Chinese-speaking stakeholders located in Greater China
