About the Role:
Seeking an experienced and passionate Project Executive to support our team. You'll ensure high-quality experiences, serving as the main point of contact for production on all projects. Flexibility, creativity, and attention to detail are essential, with a proven track record in live event production and experiential sales and marketing. A keen interest in sales, exceptional communication, and project management skills, are critical. Join us in creating unforgettable experiences!

You Will Be:

1. Event planning, management, handling onsite operations and event attendance

2. Creation of quotations, invoices and proposals

3. Play an active role in generating leads and contribute to sales efforts

4. Enquiry management & proposal pitching

5. Client management

6. Sourcing and consolidating suppliers and vendors management

7. Designing & creating event and company collaterals

8. Website Development, Content creation & social media management

9. Ad-hoc duties assigned by the management of TheMeetUpSG Pte Ltd.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma and 1 year events experience
• Intrapreneurial mindset, self-motivated and accountable individuals with the ability to work autonomously
• Strong passion for events and marketing, demonstrating enthusiasm for the industry.
• Proven sales acumen with a proactive approach to lead generation and sales efforts
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
• Flexibility to attend events on both weekdays and weekends as needed
• Must possess a personal laptop for work-related tasks and responsibilities
• Strong customer service orientation to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met or exceeded
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure all aspects of an event, from invitations to post-event evaluations, are handled meticulously
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected changes or last-minute adjustments during events
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

As this role encompasses both project management, operational experience, and a crucial sales component, we are seeking candidates passionate about this industry. The individual is focused on manage the product designated product portfolio and its related solution with clear Go-To-Market strategies into targeted industries, while creating competitive edge against our keen competitor(s) working with stakeholders in global, regional and local.

Product

• Plan, develop and implement of product portfolio strategies with SMART goals
• Responsible for the product performance by revenue, GP%
• Manage the entire Product Lifecycle management of the products
• Collaborate with respective business unit and marketing teams to ensure that customer needs/values are incorporated into product design, branding, and marketing approaches as Voice of Customers (VOC).
• Schedule and facilitate new and existing product training sessions.
• Analyse and report the product malfunctions as feedback on quality improvement

Price

• Manage the product pricing thru market competition review and positioning thru analysis of pricing matched with market expectations to determine the ideal target price for products of the business.

Promotion

• Responsible for defining the release process and coordinating all of the activities required to bring the product to market
• Develop marketing strategies to grow quality inspection applications in Automotive, F&C, Semicon, Electronics and Medical industries and increase sensor products market share with channel partners.
• Develop tools and marketing collaterals with Marcom team to support sales activities
• Support Solution Marketing activities with Application Marketing members to develop sales tools incorporating Vision and Sensor products.

Place

• Plan go-to-market strategies in alignment with Country Sales (in APAC region) demand.
• Manage for product availability based on the customer's demand and our company’s needs

Competitor

• Monitor and update competitor activities to Global Product BU and Sales
• Develop strategies and plans or tools to convert competitor market share.

Sales Goal

• Responsible for regional sales budget of vision and sensor products and supporting total regional sales budget

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in Product Marketing Management in a regional role (Asia Pacific)
• Comprehensive understanding of Product (Sensor, Vision) & Market Trends
• Prior experience in Industrial Automation industry is a bonus.

The Marketing Science Partner, Greater China role involves developing strong client relationships, engaging and influencing key clients in the region. They will be responsible for working with client teams in designing tests and analysing data sets to help understand and improve the effectiveness of their advertising across digital platforms and across media from a direct response and brand perspective.

We are looking for someone with deep digital knowledge plus the ability to work in a complex environment with many stakeholders including product, engineers, creative and marketing. Conclusions from this work will identify how a client can act to drive business impact.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about Meta and online advertising, intellectually curious, a fast learner and able to move fast while keeping focused on high impact projects. They should demonstrate a strong understanding of the media landscape and ability to apply quantitative techniques to understand consumer behaviour and advertising effectiveness through innovative analytics, methodologies and products across a number of verticals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Meta sales team to drive deep, strategic relationships with Facebook clients through measurement and 'learning agendas' that highlight how a client can improve business outcomes by employing better measurement techniques.
• Manage a complex set of client relationships across industry and client groups, functions, brands, agencies, to drive clients measurement objectives.
• Conduct in-depth custom analysis and ad effectiveness studies to understand the relative impact of different marketing strategies across digital platforms and across media.

• Direct experience of analysing and manipulating data sets to understand patterns and provide client insights.

• Previous experience working with large data sets, statistical software such as R, MATLAB, SPSS, SAS, STATA and hive and /or SQL
• Good understanding of the advertising industry (especially online) and measurement methods/technologies most commonly used (e.g. attribution)

• Mandarin Language is required because the role manages relationships and communications with stakeholders/clients in a location where communications are generally made in Mandarin.
