Job Description
Our client is one of the well-known gaming company in the world and is currently looking for a Marketing Executive (Digital & Non-Digital) who is familiar with the Indonesian and Thai markets.
- Managing and maintaining social media accounts such as FaceBook, TikTok , YouTube , Instagram.
- Translation for content creation (English to Bahasa/Thai)
- Promoting the company's brand and products/services across various social media platforms in Bahasa Indonesian or Thai.
- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and editing for social media platforms.
- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies and analyzing and evaluating marketing campaigns.
- Staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements impacting the business.
- Collaborating on content deliverables with Japan HQ and closely working with them.
- Engaging with the online community and fostering positive relationships with the audience.
- Collaborating and planning initiatives with local distributors, Game PC manufactures, and etc
- Planning and operating digital advertising.
- Conducting influencer marketing, including communication and negotiation with agencies and influencers.
- Social listening: Collecting and analyzing user feedback through Social Networking Services to develop strategies for integrating them into marketing initiatives.
- Conducting market and user analysis and developing strategies based on the findings.
- Creating and managing the website in Bahasa Indonesia and Thai, involving coordination with vendors.
- Planning and managing exhibitions.
- Organizing events related to the gaming industry for marketing purpose.
- Media relation including interview arrangement to promote pre-launch games.
- Liaising with Japan HQ and other group companies.
- Handling other related/ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.
Job Requirement
- Business-level proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Thai is required to engage with the audience in Indonesia and Thailand in a localized manner, including translation for content creation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and Thai are essential for effectively conveying marketing messages to the target audience in Indonesia and Thailand
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Skilled in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make informed decisions
- Able to effectively use online channels and platforms to connect with customers in a cost-efficient and measurable way.
- Shows creativity, self-discipline, and a readiness to learn.
- Familiarity with design/video editing software for content creation and with major social media platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and the industry.
- Business-level proficiency in English for daily work and report the manager.
- Good to have Chinese language skills to work with Chinese speaking counterparts including Hong Kong.
- Proficiency in the Japanese language is an additional advantage for communication with the HQ in Japan.
