Job Description:

• Liaise with customer to plan orders / forecast (Home Entertainment -HE)
•  Gather PSI (Purchase/Sales/Inventory) and make sell out initiatives for HE products
•  Track shipment plan
•  Ensure AR collection for all customers
•  Liaise with PDs (Product Directors) team / HQ in terms of pricing set up, PRM, sales training tool, service issues
•  Support customer with PRM, comparison chart, sales training tool whenever required
•  Market Sensing: competitor analysis & market trend
•  Marketing Activity: Review channel marketing plan and guide, In-store management, display, etc.
•  Prepare Invoice for customers
•  Price management and weekly bottom up forecasting
•  Consolidate shipment for HE products and update forecast file
•  Updated Forecast weekly basis and share weekly for shipment and most likely sales consolidation
•  Preparation of Sectional reports (TMM, Biz Review, etc.)
•  Manage Account Budget (A&P, Sales Program, etc.)
•  Month end tracking of sales closing for HE products
•  Liaise with inter department for any export related matters (Sales admin, DP, Finance, AR, PM, HQ, etc.)
•  Weekly Tracking of AP from each factories (especially R&R sales)
•  Liaise with India factory for R&R sales (weekly)
•  Tracking shipment plan for R&R products

Job requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with Marketing or Business preferred

- Experience in related field is preferred

• Be willing to travel to South East Asia, China, Middle East, and Africa.
