Job Descriptions:

• Develop new customer accounts and growing clientele base and Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Analyze and forecast market trends, benchmarking against competitors
• Supervise and manage budgets and resources to meet organizational goals and business objectives

Competencies and Skills Required:

• 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with creativity, initiative, negotiation, good management, and problem-solving skills
• Pleasant personality, energetic, dynamic, independent, and self-motivated
• Strong project management and coordination
• Simple Writing English & Mathematics Test is Conducted to a candidate.

• In charge of the operational procurement process for ship’s requirements.
• Negotiate / communicate with suppliers specifying quality, quantity, and delivery schedules
• Schedule, arrange, and follow-up on logistics to ensure cost effective and timely delivery of
• items on board
• Monitor schedules of the assigned group of vessels to optimize deliveries on board
• Proactively participate in department meetings and other activities.

• · Updating UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to system
• · Purchasing Extended Warranty
• · Support sales team on order processing, and delivery arrangement
• · Assist customers in pre and after-sales support
• · Attend to sales enquiries via email phone call
• · Assist other task given by Manager
• · Able to perform repetitive tasks; good communication and organizational skills, attention to details, a team player and possess a positive working attitude

1. Assist in developing and expanding overseas markets, gaining exposure to international sales.

2. Support building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying potential clients, and nurturing existing accounts.

3. Contribute to the implementation of the company’s marketing strategies and regional market plans.

4. Gather information on market trends, demand changes, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support team decisions.

5. Participate in domestic and international exhibitions and engage with overseas clients.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Recent graduate or final-year student, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn about relationship management and market dynamics
• Team-oriented, organized, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Positive and energetic, eager to grow in an international sales role
