Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Content Creation: Develop, film, and edit compelling social media content, including photos and videos, to showcase our services.
• Customer Interaction: Manage customer inquiries across all channels (social media, WhatsApp, Google, email, etc.).
• Document Preparation: Assist with document preparation and editing, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
• Reports and Analysis: Generate reports and conduct analysis to inform marketing strategies and evaluate performance.
• Brand Promotion: Support our promotional efforts across online, social, and print media to expand brand awareness.
• Audience Monitoring: Track customer reviews and feedback to ensure effective engagement and target audience reach.
• Website Management: Assist in updating, developing, and maintaining the website, including promotions and content updates.
• Trend Analysis: Monitor trends to support informed marketing decisions and ensure relevance.

Responsibilities

• To meet monthly sales goals by finding leads, building a client list, and turning prospects into clients.
• To identify key decision-makers at clinics to promote Cord Tissue Storage
• To build and maintain good relationships with clients, partners, and customers.
• To follow up with customers from sign-up to delivery, before and after sales.
• To handle leads by setting up home presentations, organizing Kit boxes
• To attend and represent the company at baby events, seminars, and other relevant functions.
• To complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Min. Degree in any science field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good track record of CCA
• People-oriented
