The Sales Associate contributes to the growth of sales in the shop. The Sales Associate is responsible for engaging clients and nurture their brand loyalty by conveying ABARA values, and maintain customer services as per ABARA standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sales
· Responsible for customer’s overall retail experience by providing consistent and professional customer service
· Achieve sales targets through effective use of selling techniques, client management and product knowledge
· Monitor individual target in terms of daily and monthly sales
· Communicate product features and benefits and unique selling points clearly to address customers’ needs and strengthen their connection to the Brand
· Ensure the upkeep of the showroom and its image
Customer Relations
· Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values
· Welcome clients like a host
· Make clients be convinced by the brand quality and value
· Build sincere, strong and lasting relationships with customers
· Deliver extra mile services if needed
Back Office Support
· Fill out and update client book
· Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping
· Participate in stock management and protect the assets of the boutique
· Packing and wrapping of customer’s merchandise
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 2 years retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment
· Exceptional customer service skill
· Displays an energetic and positive working attitude
· Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with people through strong interpersonal, organization and follow-through skills
· Ability to operate equipment necessary to perform the job, including POS system and computer.
· Willing to work according to Retail Shifts, Weekend and Public Holiday
Strong communication in English and Mandarin a MUST
