The Job

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and preferences
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the leasing process, addressing any questions or concerns and providing updates on the status of their lease applications

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry changes to adopt sales strategies accordingly
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and promote repeat business or referrals
• Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and administration, to ensure a smooth leasing process and address any financial or administrative matters
• Stay updated on new car models, leasing regulations, and industry developments to offer informed recommendations to clients
• Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to measure your performance
• Being proactive in conducting monthly market research

Requirements

• Min N/O/A Level/ Diploma holders and above
• Presentable and well mannered with good punctuality
• Good communication skills, customer-centric approach
• Genuine passion for mobility
• Adaptable to changes
• Able to handle various stages of the sales process with professionalism and expertise
• Good written and spoken English to liaise with clients
• Ability to speak Japanese or Korean or any other language besides Mandarin and English is advantageous in order to deal with our corporate customers from Japan and Korea.
