• Be able to complete the daily workload under the company's plan system, and be promoted smoothly within the specified time according to relevant basic method requirements.
• Build and manage the team well and lead the members to complete the tasks and goals at each stage.
• Comply with the company's rules and regulations and act in strict accordance with the company's requirements.
