Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to understand the physical security needs of various industry sectors and develop a sales strategy based on the findings.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Manage the sales process to ensure a consistent flow of prospects and opportunities.
- Engage in daily visits to customer sites across the island to initiate conversations and generate new opportunities.
- Proactively pursue new leads through cold calling.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends to provide valuable advice to clients.
- Facilitate transparent communication to ensure clarity on plans, methods, and progress.
- Continuously assess progress against established goals and explore additional opportunities for business growth.
- Manage social media platforms and review alignment of other digital marketing channels with branding strategies Evaluate research findings to identify emerging trends and digital marketing technologies to inform marketing strategies
- Development & updating of marketing assets & collateral in all forms (presentation decks brochures, videos, website, edms, etc)

- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or professional degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field (familiarity with physical security products such as CCTV, Access Control, security software, etc., is preferred).
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license is advantageous.
