• Support the Marketing Manager for all branding and marketing activities for assigned brands - – including brands within the coffeeshop/food court as well.

• Responsible for Brands’ positioning across all assets and collaterals

• Liaise with advertising agencies, landlords or partners to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for the brand or key individuals

• Manage the deliverables required within the brand – from POS setup, E-commerce, Menu setup, etc.

• Prepare press alerts/release to announce the launch of new projects within the Brand

• To communicate in a timely manner with partners on sponsorships and/or events.

• Track and report completion of key deliverables, assist in pre- and post-analysis of sales campaign

• Monitor the progress of marketing campaigns using various metrics, recommend ways to improve and submit reports on the campaigns’ performance

• Prepare and submit monthly reports on feedbacks and enquiries accordingly to the sources

• Media tracking and public relations reports

Overview of the Product & B2B Marketing Director at Visa:

As Regional Director, you will have a dual reporting line to the Sr. Director of Asia Pacific’s Product & B2B Marketing and the Visa Commercial Solution, Vice President of Global Product & B2B Marketing. You are responsible for leading regional marketing programs for Visa’s Growth Engine.

In this role, you will be the link that connects our regional product strategy to the tactics needed to drive success in sales and marketing. You will use strategic insights and data to drive the development of positioning, value proposition and messaging that resonates with buyers and enables our sales teams to be successful. You will collaborate and partner with our global and communications teams to co-design, develop and deliver innovative programs and marketing initiatives to achieve AP’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Be a strategic leader:

• You will lead development of regional marketing strategies, in close partnership with global, regional and country teams to engage our clients and deliver against Visa’s business and marketing goals
• Be the expert on our target audiences, and their advocate inside Visa, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria and then distilling the deep insights to develop value propositions and messaging
• You will help develop marketing that articulates value propositions, sets forth positioning and messaging, and activation of experiential strategies relevant to the regional priorities
• You will lead, direct and manage agencies to accomplish strategic marketing projects to support the business and drive concreate outcomes.

Drive Visa Commercial Solution ecosystem awareness and thought leadership:

• Work with Global Product & B2B Marketing to help shape industry thought leadership content and promote across B2B ecosystem audiences
• Partner with regional Communications lead to plan and execute thought leadership programs with and through Media Partners
• Accelerate bringing more products and solutions to market:
• Work in partnership with product and sales to deploy a B2B awareness and lead generation campaigns targeting Financial Institutions, FinTechs, BPSPs, Strategic Partners, Large Mid-Market Commercial Accounts, SMBs, and Government Institutions
• Work to localize, build and deploy sales enablement content to help Visa Commercial Solution product & sales team engage clients and partner
• Localize and launch Visa.com and owned channel content in support of B2B campaigns
• Build and activate experiential digital marketing strategies and plans to advance an always-on content strategy to build awareness and drive demand
• Help accelerate end user adoption and usage through:
• Work closely with country Client Marketing teams to drive client engagement in support of building cardholder activation, acquisition and usage
• Engage with strategic partners to drive regional co-marketing efforts

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage the Sales Development Team:

• Sales Process Optimization:
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales development processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and leverage sales tools (e.g., CRM systems like Salesforce, sales engagement platforms like Outreach or SalesLoft) to optimize team performance.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
