Global Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
- Strategize the company platform’s Global Product Solutions' Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives regarding product strategies, positioning, and the GTM process; drive product launches and monitor product adoption progress.
- Create sales and external client-facing content for product education and adoption acceleration, with support from copywriters for perfection.
- Develop solution GTM strategy and execute programs globally with the assistance of global partner teams, capable of defining key milestones and timelines, driving XFN alignments, and managing key stakeholders along the GTM process.
- Conduct regular inbound research to understand the voice of customers and provide insights and guidance to the product team for solution development and iterations.
- Engage actively with HQ product teams and get involved in the product lifecycle from incubation to launch. Function as a user expert and contribute to the product development process.
- Work closely with the HQ, regional, and TT4B product pillar PSO teams for product updates and announcements, manage the product knowledge center and help center, and support global XFN teams with Pangle-related product information.
- Closely monitor global product adoption and performance, drive internal discussions, and diagnose business challenges and adoption roadblocks.
Min Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years of experience in the social network industry, preferably with experience in mobile internet, e-commerce, and advertising;
- Data-sensitive, with clear logical thinking; strong learning attitude and ability to work under pressure;
- Solid project management skills, communication skills, team collaboration, and a sense of ownership.
- Excel in English at both oral and written capabilities, able to communicate fluently and professionally with proficient English speakers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive in nature, capable of self-navigating the ambiguities and presenting solutions and recommendations for the leadership team.
- Capable of working independently with strong self-motivation.
- Team player, think strategically and act tactically.
