Main Responsibilities:

Purpose of Role/Scope of Position:

The Vice President, Sales will develop and lead the business strategy and commercial execution in Asia Pacific. Working in conjunction with Headquarters, this role will take ownership of the development of increasingly strategic relationships with key customers, OEMs & partners to gain market share and create growth within the region. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree & above in Business Management or Engineering & related disciplines, with minimum 15 years of experience in a Senior Management (General Management & Sales) role, ideally in the aviation or MRO industry
• Experience with Aviation Ground Support Equipment, Engine or Airframe Tooling and Engine Transportation would be an added advantage
• Possess a broad perspective and strong business acumen
• Exceptional leadership skills, high professional ethics & strong decision-making ability
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
• Must be willing and able to travel regularly
