Description

· Provide Mac product leadership from product introduction to end-of-life for our Southeast Asia business, supporting business and marketing reviews as needed

· Support Mac, macOS and Pro Apps launches with press, partner and customer-facing staff

· Contribute to the annual research and marketing plan, articulating and validating the opportunity and priorities for the overall Mac category across key Southeast Asia countries, subsequently driving and supporting in-market execution as needed

Key Qualifications

• Superior storytelling capabilities, presentation and negotiation skills, with strong oral and written communication in English to work with English-speaking teams.

• Excellent analytical skills and strategic planing expertise, with deep technical awareness and knowledge of industry trends

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Performance marketing and working in partnership with our regional marketing leaders, you will make our global paid marketing operations world-class thanks to automation. In the UK and AU in particular we’re going through an exciting phase of scaling our activity and this role will be instrumental in driving the growth by focusing on improving our ROAS and running innovative experiments, while maintaining a strong data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

Automation (75% of Role)

• Identify, develop and launch new solutions to automate basic tasks of paid account management (e.g. scripts or industry solutions)
• Come up with ideas to test & constantly run A/B tests on bidding. Ensure automated bidding drives the highest volume of net cash by measuring performance regularly. Maximise the opportunity of automated bidding strategies and campaigns, including PMax 
• Ensure data pipeline of conversions is always 100% accurate, and build automated alerting to spot issues in real-time
• Automate tracking of KPI's to identify opportunities and report back to the wider business
• Leverage CRM platforms for paid marketing automation activities, with the goal to enhance ad audience segmentation, exclusions and testing
• Implement API integrations (using tools such as Zapier) with paid platforms

Account Management (25% of Role)

• Execute and optimise PPC, Paid Social and retargeting campaigns across multiple countries where required
• Conduct regular keyword research and campaign audits to identify new opportunities
• Implement scalable paid campaigns using a hypothesis-led approach to test, learn & iterate. 
• Stay abreast with Search trends, techniques and constantly looking to test new channels

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Performance Marketing manager or similar
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
• A problem solver. Outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail and must have a data driven approach
• Experience with managing campaigns in Google Ads. Proven track record of growing PPC operations for a tech/ecommerce business or an agency
• Focused on the results. Proven track record on driving revenue and higher AOVs at target ROAS
• Proven experience in running A/B tests on bidding at scale
• Proven experience in script and relevant automation solutions for paid search marketing
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written

Role Responsibilities

• Market Leadership
• Creates sales strategies and plan for the Client Partners’ review and for its incorporation into the broader client strategy and plan.
• Provides subject matter expertise to proposal development and overall solution.
• Relationship Management
• Executes and manages the account plan within function/specialism under the guidance of the Client Partner
• Invests time in strengthening existing client relationships. Participates in reviews and provides educated and relevant perspectives.
• Client Relationship Management; engage with CXO, VP and Director level clients
• Business Development
• Responds to and deliver on client requests; responds to RFP’s
• Identifies opportunities, makes proactive proposals to client in line with account strategy
• Obtains the approvals to pursue opportunities
• Leads pursuits to close new and expansion opportunities related to their sales specialisms, working
• closely with Client Leadership Team
• Secures revenue renewals related to their sales specialisms
• Engages the relevant internal Cognizant teams and service lines team for developing solutions
• End to end account management including account forecasting, budgeting and operations
• Handles risks and issues related to the account, including delivery oversight
• Creates and presents account QBR presentations and executive status reports

Experience & Skills

• Experience in a senior-level consulting client-facing role or account manager leadership role
• Knowledgeable in Data and AI products in the market
• Strong experience in direct interaction with customers in Singapore market related to Data & AI programs
• Ability to independently have conversation with point of view on Data & AI to CxO and Head of Digital
• and/or Data
• Should have done Data & AI solutions in the past with the ability to size up deals
• Should be knowledgeable in cross-industry use cases for AI
• Strong knowledge of the relevant partner ecosystem and the ability to collaborate within the ecosystem
• Recent experience working for IT professional services or management consulting firm(s)
• Recent experience managing global service delivery model(s)
• Excellent problem solving, business communication (written & oral), and client management skills are
• essential
• Experience developing opportunity pipelines, qualifying high priority deals, and winning new business in line
• with agreed targets
• Experience closing sales with a specific emphasis on growing sales. Specifically, win new deals in customer
