The Sales Operations Manager directly reports to the Part Leader of Product Management and, indirectly reports to the Korean expatriate.

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing the sales team's performance through strategic planning, performance tracking, and operational efficiency within the Southeast Asia & Oceania region. What You'll Do:

We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager to take charge of our paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels. Position in the organisation

The Sales Planner has a direct report to the Part Leader of Product Management and an indirect report to the Korean expatriate.

Main goals of the position

The main goal of the Sales Planner(KR) is dual. On one hand to support establishing regional and national targets of air conditioning business, and on the other hand to monitor progress while taking measures to meet the target if there is a deviation between forecast/result and the target.
