• Collaborate with engineering and marketing team to identify opportunities for improving existing products and marketing materials, based on market demand and latest advancements.
• Gather feedbacks from clients and dealers, and channel it to engineering, QA & GSC for product and services quality improvement.
• And any other ad hoc task request from superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or any equivalent Engineering
• 3 years of related genset and data center sales experience preferred
• Proven regional Sales Engineer experience in a relevant industry
• Experience on handing distributor, key accounts & customers
• Possess technical presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Pivot Table and Advanced Formulas & Analytics
• Effective negotiation and influencing skills
• Having strong ice-breaking and engagement abilities.
• Able to work on any ad-hoc task
• Willing to travel and within short notice

· To identify project : Active participation and identification of prospective project through regular contacts with customer (face to customer)

· To liaise with allocated customer for sales acquisition

· To review customer requirements and prepare offers to allocated customer and follow-up offers with customer and keep updated project information

· To finalise and negotiate on contract with customers

· To commit and achieve the order intake budget

· To prepare project schedules

· To maintain existing account and help expand sales network

· M&E Products knowledge
