• Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscapes

BUDGETING

• Monitor and maintain budget for all communications campaigns, ensuring forecast accuracy 
• Responsible to gathering scope and costs for budgeted items related to marketing communications 
• Manage and allocate the communications budget effectively to achieve desired results and a strong return on investmentPlan and prepare for annual budget submission and presentation 

OTHERS

• Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times 
• Assist with any other Sales & Marketing projects as requested

Technical Sales Executive

• Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am to 6pm, Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm - only one sat to work for every 5 weeks

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Sales Executive to drive sales and business development in the precision machining sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of precision machining processes, materials, and applications, and will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve coordinating sales activities, maintaining records, generating reports, and collaborating with internal departments to facilitate customer shipments. Flexibility and adaptability are essential as you may be required to assist in various areas as assigned by your superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with sales background or related discipline
• Experience in the precision machining or manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical background and understanding of precision machining processes and materials.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Scope:

• Identify and target potential clients in the precision machining industry.

Sales Coordinator (Indoor) / Senior Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Responsibilities:

· Communicate with overseas agent offices and keep them informed on shipment status

· Prepare quotations and submit them to agents.

· Understand agents’ requirements

· Follow standard operating procedures

· Achieve a positive success rate of quotations submitted

· Handle cross-trades

· Cooperate with the operations department to ensure that the operations fulfil agent expectations

· Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management

Requirements:

· Preferably good knowledge of both Freight operations and sales processes

· Positive attitude and sales/customer service-minded

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the freight forwarding (Air & Ocean) industry within commercial areas, preferably with ocean exposure

· Driven to grow the business for the company

· Good teamwork

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
