Job Description

• Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Conduct post campaign analysis, keep track of budgets, prepare monthly reports for internal analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful running of projects and create awareness for the mall’s activities.
• To proactively plan and initiate joint collaborations with tenants and garner participation for mall’s programs and various initiatives to drive sales.

Job Description

• To provide support and assistance in daily administrative duties, events, or promotions to align with the overall company’s strategy to grow shopper’s sales and revenue stream.
• Provide support in day-to-day administrative duties, coordination to the Marketing and Casual Leasing teams to ensure that the department is maintained efficiently.
• Perform sourcing and purchasing duties including preparing the necessary documentation/paperwork.
• Maintain a proper and user-friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents.
• Create and maintain useful databases for the departments.

• To coordinate and work closely with Digital Service Advocates in administration duties related to counter services and operational matters.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute creative, effective digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media and email marketing for lead generation
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies and propose new initiatives for effective online advertising (not limited to Google, Facebook & LinkedIn)
• Enhance performance marketing by leveraging AI and data analytics to drive more targeted reach and higher conversion
