Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy as a Specialist Sales Planning and Operations within the Sales team.

The Specialist Sales Planning and Operations will be the lynchpin between the Sales team and internal and external key stakeholders. The successful candidate will support the dealership’s operations by serving as a key enabler for our internal sales processes and productivity. Your main responsibilities will include supporting sales operations, coordinating with other intra-company departments, and handling administrative duties.

• Undertake short to long-range planning in relation to the revenue objectives and demand & supply optimisation
• Manage and monitor sales-centric reports, such as sales forecasting, stock age, stock level, model mix, daily sales report etc
• Monitor and maintain the Vehicle Stock List, and provide input for vehicle ordering (such as configuration and options) into Porsche Vehicle Management System
• Track and manage the order bank and stock allocation
• Manage customer orders according to customer requirements and track to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders and serve as the main liaison to ensure sales-centric matters such as shipment, homologation, PDI requests and Tequipment orders are handled and processed efficiently
• Providing vital administrative and operations support or any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management as required

• Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
• 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in Automotive / Luxury / Wholesale and Retail
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint)
• Competent in Data Analytics and usage of tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Good judgment, dependable and a professional, supportive attitude.
• Commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage activities of Engineering Service and develop Custom Solutions strategies based on customer profiles to drive collaborate closely with the Sales Department to market and sell Custom Solutions, Onsite Services, and Training offerings. This includes providing technical assistance, preparing quotations, conducting presentations, and actively participating during sales visits.

· Explore new opportunities and applications in collaboration with the Sales team to meet sales targets and expand business horizons. Contribute insights on product and service offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning, working to drive the success of the sales for the Company.

· Develop and execute plans for process improvement, technological advancement, and quality stabilization. Lead the implementation of these plans to ensure continued innovation and excellence.

· Collaborate with factory quality, policy, and compliance teams to facilitate growth in the solutions business, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.

· Ensure full alignment of the Solutions Sales team with departmental sales strategies, technical support, and utilization of factory pricing programs. Strive to maintain a win-win balance between customer satisfaction and company interests.
