Job Description

• Maintain and develop the relationship with existing automotive aftermarket customers in ASEAN region for both power transmission belt and air spring business
• Grow aftermarket sales in both automotive and commercial vehicle replacement market;
• Identify new growth opportunities in the region (new customers, channels, products, etc), launch and execute new business development in emerging countries in South East Asia
• Coordinate all sales, marketing, and customer support activities in the region with vertical head and functional departments; Provide sales forecast, conduct market studies, gather competition information and report regional market trends

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of sales and business development experience in either passenger car aftermarket or commercial vehicle industry in ASEAN region;
• Knowledge and experience with engine-related aftermarket auto parts (timing belts, MV belts & kits, engine mounting) or air spring/air suspension products are highly preferred
• Familiar with the distribution channel, wide connection and close relationship with automotive or commercial vehicle aftermarket industry in ASEAN region
• Bachelor degree in engineering, business, or other rubber-engineered products experience preferred.

Job Summary:

Salary package: Basic $8,000 - $10,000 + Commission + Car Allowance + Hand Phone Allowance + AWS + VB
Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30AM- 5:30PM

Job Responsibilities:

· The Head of Sales is a senior management role responsible for leading and overseeing organization's sales department.

· PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

•⁠ ⁠Managing and mentoring a group of sales & customer service team to achieve sales targets, customer sastifaction and performances goals.

•⁠ ⁠Leading 1 on 1 pipeline monthly meetings/ monthly & quarterly performance review meetings/ annual appraisal meetings and monthly sales team meetings.

•⁠ ⁠Setting individual sales targets & measures (KPI) with the sales team including customer service.

•⁠ ⁠Guide CS-Sales support team on how to manage claims from customers.

•⁠ ⁠Recruit salespeople (hunter), set objectives, train, coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.

· SALES STRATEGY

•⁠ ⁠Produce Strategies and action plans to ensure revenue objectives and KPIs are achieved by creating and executing a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base, increases profitability, and increases the efficiency of the sales team.

•⁠ ⁠Identify target customers, pursue them and ultimately convert them into clients.

•⁠ ⁠Tracking sales goals and reporting results.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare Monthly Management Reporting.

•⁠ ⁠Overseeing the activities and opportunities (pipelines) of the sales team.

•⁠ ⁠Understand our ideal clients for the sales team and how they relate to our current products.

•⁠ ⁠Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.

•⁠ ⁠Identify competency gaps within the team and develop a plan to improve them by providing necessary training for each sales and CS team member.

· DATA MANAGEMENT

•⁠ ⁠Manage myCRM data (activities, potential, opportunity, quote, target, sales leads), CWG data (assigned Sales & CS, customer credit term, credit limit)

•⁠ ⁠Claim management from Sales team.

Requirements:

• Relevant Sales Experience working in Freight Forwarding & Logistics Industry.

•⁠ ⁠A confident and prefessional communcator with ability to lead commercial negiotiations and presentations.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of experience in leading, managing and developing teams.

•⁠ ⁠Strong written and presentation skills, an eye for details.

•⁠ ⁠Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
