About the Role
Our award-winning, industry-leading graduate program is looking for exceptional individuals who will challenge us, as we will challenge them. You will work on real business problems, gain exposure through rotations in the Commercial function, engage in meaningful interactions with our leaders and make real contributions to the business to build a better world.
Our fast paced 24-month Commercial program will accelerate your career by giving you access to opportunities across commodities and regions. The structured program balances between building your technical and professional capabilities where you learn on-the-job and are supported by formal trainings to complement your experience. As part of the program, you will also undertake a Global Business Case team challenge that will challenge you as you explore solutions for the business.

To be eligible for the Commercial program in Singapore, you must have graduated in 2022 or 2023 or be eligible for graduation by the end of 2024 with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in one of the following disciplines (but not limited to):
- Business, Economics, Finance and Management
- Engineering and Mathematics
- Computer Science and Data Analytics
- Marine and Supply Chain Operations
- Humanities and Sciences
