Work Experience:

• Solid educational and professional background

Key Responsibilities

Customer Data Entry and Organization:

• Accurately input and update customer data in our CRM system.
• Ensure all customer records are current, complete, and correctly categorized.
• Assist in cleaning up existing data by identifying duplicates and inconsistencies

Consumer Follow-Up Calls:

• Conduct follow-up calls to customers to gather feedback or provide additional information about our products/services.
• Maintain a log of all customer interactions, highlighting key insights and areas for follow-up.
• Support the Care specialist by addressing basic inquiries and escalating issues as needed.

Digital Marketing Support:
