Your responsibilities include but are not limited to

Adverdize, a leading digital marketing agency in Singapore, is seeking an energetic and creative Digital Marketing Intern. The ideal candidate is currently studying in a field related to digital marketing, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional setting.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management: Assist in managing and monitoring our clients' social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. This includes creating and scheduling posts, responding to customer inquiries, and tracking performance metrics.
2. Digital Marketing Campaigns: Support the team in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns. This may include content creation, keyword strategy, and ad placement.
3. Ad Operations: Assist in running ads across various digital platforms. Learn the process of setting up, optimizing, and reporting on ad campaign performance.
4. Strategy Planning: Participate in team strategy sessions, contributing creative and innovative ideas for new marketing campaigns.
5. Marketing Operations: Support day-to-day operations, including coordinating with team members, conducting market research, and assisting in the execution of marketing plans.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on digital marketing, marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Proficient in social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Creative thinker, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a team and independently when needed.
• Proficient in English.

Procurement

Purchase Requisition (PR)

• Creation of Purchase Requisition (PR) and liaising with requesters from various departments (charge code, amount, contract fund utilization, delivery location)
• Monitor and follow up on PR status
• Preparation of PR & PO listing on bi-weekly basis
• Ensure open PRs are closed timely
• For CAPEX and visibility: to check against CAPEX availability and visibility fund in CMS

Goods Received (GR)

• Review completeness of Purchase Order (PO) invoices within Invoice Processing Portal (Esker)
• Perform 3-way match between Delivery Order (DO), PO and invoices.
• Compilation of supporting documents and providing comments when necessary
• Posting of GR
• Attached all relevant documents (DO, etc) in SAP, and file all documents
• Submits non-PO invoices to Esker

POSM Management

• Weekly inventory reconciliation and upload to system
• Handle delivery/collection requests from various departments
• Monitor and follow up with POSM movement including liaising with 3rd party Warehouse & Logistic on collections & deliveries.
• Monthly Inventory reconciliation
• Creation of material code for New POSM registration, including the maintenance of master list
• Handle incoming shipments for POSM related PO, including liaising with approved forwarder
• Inform 3rd party Warehouse on incoming shipment with information on the POSM for their GR
• Liaise with Marketing Team and review of POSM for disposal on quarterly basis

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Marketing, Business or other relevant fields
• Prior experience in Marketing Admin duties
