Role Description

We are looking for a self-starter, and highly ambitious hustler to accelerate our growth and bring in more property owners and seekers to the top of the funnel.

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you are the first point of contact with the clients (property owners and seekers), driving engaging conversations and laying the foundations for their journey with Propseller. Run, support & coordinate daily Ops and warehousing administration work and inventory and supplier orders processing

Communicate with suppliers, logistics and cargo partners in their orders, invoices, deliveries, collections planning and updates

Able to do inventory, stock lists, stock taking and operate the POS and Warehouse system.

Obtaining freight charges and raw materials charges

Handle and process enquiries and orders or stock processing

Receive invoices and review for accuracy, invoice matching, preparation of quotations and invoices, filing, data compilation etc when necessary.

Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner

Maintain and order office supplies

Any ad-hoc duties as assigned to you by your superior or Management
