Required skills and attributes:

1. Bachelor's degree with good honours
2. Candidates with at least 5 years of experience and proven track record as a sales agent or customer service representative
3. Exceptional verbal, reading, written, analytical and reasoning skills are a must
4. Robust interpersonal, communication and relationship skills
5. Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
6. Familiarity with CRM best practices together with ability to build lasting and strong customer relationships
7. Strong Microsoft Power Point and Excel Skills desirable
8. Must be energetic, goal-oriented and outcome-driven with a strong bias for action
9. Have a customer-oriented mindset and an acumen for understanding and addressing customer needs and wants
10. Experience with CRM leads management software (SalesForce, Fresh Sales, Zoho etc) an advantage.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

· Prepare and distribute sales-related documents and reports.

· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in-person.

· Provide information about restaurant services, menus, pricing, and special promotions.

· Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.

· Coordinate and execute events such as private dining, corporate meetings, and special functions.

· Liaise with customers to understand their event requirements and preferences.

Qualifications:

· Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

· Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English

· Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Prompt handling of billing, rollover, rate fixing, repayment and facility fee collection, bilateral and syndication loans drawdown.
• Help the placing of deposits and remittances.
• Complete pre-transactional and post-transactional handling and AML screening.
• Immediate and appropriate response to questions from internal and external stakeholders regarding the Branch's services.
• Keep accurate records of every loan file.

Requirements:

Job Description

• Handle enquires from customers through/from/via emails, faxes, telephones, letters, or other communication channels
• Advise customers of product availabilities, delivery dates, delivery location etc
• Ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of customers’ orders.
• Prepare documentary supports, input orders into company computers system and monitor the status
• Take special orders for items not in stock, or not normally in stock and notify customers when items are available or have arrived in close coordination with the supply chain executive and warehouse management
• Take care of filing correspondence, coordinate, handle shipping and delivery documents, and negotiate LC to banks
• Processing documents for sales meeting, tracking sales records and take parts in sales meeting

• Prioritizing various tasks to ensure efficiency so that all commitments can be met, changing those priority quickly and seamlessly if needed
• Processing and updating of PO/records in the system
• Verify orders confirmation against PO/System, inform supply chain for any discrepancy
• Verify supplies invoices against PO/System
• Negotiate rate with company appointed forwarders for best possible rate in line with the company’s buying policy
• Coordinate all inbound traffic, maximizing cost effectiveness and tracking all consignments
