Job Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end email marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Support all email marketing activities pertaining to new product launches and campaigns - strong collaboration with key stakeholders and product owners on requirements, development, approvals, execution and post campaign reporting

• Content creation - Create compelling and engaging email content, and collaborate with design team and copy writers on execution and delivery

• Conduct audience segmentation and targeting to deliver personalized and relevant email experiences.

• Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns to improve key performance indicators.

• Implement marketing automation processes/CRM journeys and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

• Report and analyze email campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-driven decisions.

• Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

• Manage & maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring effective scheduling to drive traffic and conversions.

Pre-Requisites :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in email marketing, with a track record of successful campaign execution or a fast learner with strong interest

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools.

• Comfortable with managing data pipelines and customer segmentations for CRM targeting

• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.

The role

You will be responsible for designing and implementing all marketing activities for our Singapore market. You will play a key role in growing our brand further in Singapore, where we have ambitious plans to be the #1 and the most loved womenswear brand in the country.

Main responsibilities

• Develop marketing omni-channel campaigns that drive towards our required business outcomes that can range from brand awareness, customer acquisition to engagement 
• Plan and execute marketing activations and events in Singapore
• Review and analyze performance to share insights and come up with concrete and effective improvements 
• Lead and develop a lean and mean Singapore team
• Collaborate closely with the HQ Marketing teams to optimize performance across marketing channels
• Jointly ideate on retail marketing, events and community engagement together with HQ Marketing teams and create manuals / best practices for other markets to replicate

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing or business development with a consumer business
• Solid experience in the various facets of marketing 
• Familiar with marketing tools and e-commerce platforms
• Past experience managing projects of scale
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing

Job Description

The Operations Executive works closely with the F&B Manager/Director to perform office administrative functions and operation service tasks for all F&B Department and ensures that all SOP standards are met.

• To monitor restaurants and banquet operations stocks and/or inventory such as menus, tent cards etc, and ensure they are in good condition for the F&B operations team and guests to use.
• Transmits any orders or decisions taken by the F&B Manager promptly to team members as per instructions such as executing all in-house and third-party outlets’ promotions or corporate initiatives.
• Organizes and files all F&B documents so that they are readily available on request for answering queries or preparing reports.
• Ensure service delivery standards in line with SOPs and ensure conformance by carrying out SOP audits and follow-up
• Take care of F&B services and provide relevant correspondence to guest queries
• Be familiar with Food and Beverage Operation functionality and another related task
• Performs related duties and projects as assigned by the F&B Manager
• Participate and assist F&B Manager in all meetings relevant to the department
• To comply with all company and local laws for all F &B services including restaurants and catering licensing maintenance, and renewals.

Job Requirement
