Duties of the Sales Executive /Engineer include:

• Sell products distributed by the company with a minimal amount of supervision.
• Handle customer inquiries, actively prospect, and conduct product presentations effectively.
• Develop customer interest in equipment, prepare quotations on ERP system and follow through for purchase orders.
• Negotiate with supplier and prepare purchase requisition on ERP system
• Achieve assigned sales target
• Maintains customer/prospect database (existing and new) and activity on the CRM system
• Prepares reports including forecasts, activities, etc
• Maintains digital marketing portfolio including LinkedIn and more.
• Stay current with trends and competitors to recommend new products to prospects
• Attends manufacturers' webinars; reviewing professional publications to keep technical knowledge up to date
• Provide support for local trade shows and conferences

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and ensure marketing goals are met
• Monitoring and tracking marketing budgets, including expenditures, return-on-investment
• Administering and maintaining company’s website
• To deliver weekly and monthly reports – Analyze reports to determine the efficacy of campaign
• Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn and etc)
• Optimise all assigned campaigns in the form of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager campaigns
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Communication / Marketing / Business or equivalent
• 2-3 year working experience is an advantage but not a must
• Preferred knowledge or skills: Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Paid Advertising and CRM System
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
• Familiar and fluent with marketing tools including Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.
• Good knowledge of web creation tools/platform (e.g. Adobe Suite, WordPress, Umbraco, HTML etc.)
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking

• Manage and provide support to customers and managers
• Perform sales administrative and order management functions
• Handle customer enquiries and correspondences
• Liaise with various departments on planning, delivery, quality, engineering and registration matters
• Provide design and administrative support in marketing materials and corporate website
• Any other sales administration and marketing related duties as assigned
