• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
