Job Scope:

- Branding:

• Leads consumer and brand learning plan development and oversees execution and findings of research studies
• Build and increase company-wide awareness about key developments
• Identify, plan and execute projects/campaigns for brand development

Operations Support

• Execute action plans for the SOG Health’s specialist clinics to meet strategic goals
• Support the smooth running of daily operations
• Liaising with laboratory companies & Creation and linking of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Supplier/ Delivery Orders
• Generate operations (Credit notes, Inventory Audit Logs, etc)
• To assist in and support specialist clinics for all insurance matters
• Manage SOPs for HQ and clinics • Any assignments given by the immediate supervisor

Email/ Adhoc admin support

• To assist in all ad-hoc administrative matters
• Amend inventory based on the request of clinics

Marketing Support

Title: Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan focused on demand generation for our SaaS B2B product.
• Define and orchestrate all strategic marketing plans, content, thought leadership and digital marketing initiatives for the RegAsk brand, products and services across all channels (email, social, SEO, paid advertising, PR, conferences) in line with strategic objectives
• Work closely with clients, managers, creatives, content providers, and distribution partners to create effective initiatives to grow and convert the audience for our products and services
• Collaborate with business team to identify and segment target audiences and develop impactful digital campaigns for new and existing products
• Track and analyse key performance metrics, competitors, campaign results, and consumer trends; translate findings into actionable insights around strategy, content and cadence in order to optimize marketing initiatives.
• Manage and grow prospect database
• Work collaboratively with the commercial team to develop impactful joint initiatives and materials to enable their sales efforts.
• Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals

Requirements;

• Native English speaker with 10+ years of experience in both strategic and digital marketing, with a focus on inbound marketing and demand generation for tech-enabled B2B products.
• Proven track record in senior marketing role encompassing planning, full funnel campaign creation, tracking and refinement with demonstrable results in building business.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Successful experience in leveraging digital marketing channels (email, content marketing, social media marketing, PPC advertising, and SEO) to drive brand engagement and conversion.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interrogate data and make data-driven decisions
• Self starter with high level of autonomy, comfortable working in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment across multiple time zones
