• At least 5 years of relevant and proven experience preferably in the FMCG, Retail, Direct Selling or related industry.
• The ability to develop and implement comprehensive promotions and incentive programs and organise events.
• Experiencing in Planning, coordinating and executing a variety of events including product launches, member’s retention activities and/or product demonstration.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify event opportunities and consumer and competitor’s trends.
• Well verse in developing event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event marketing strategies, including promotional campaigns, advertising materials, and digital marketing efforts.
• Know how to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, sponsors, and community organizations.
• Able to prepare comprehensive event reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights, Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in distribution handling, logistics, manufacutring, or electronic industry.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, order processing.
• Immediate starter is a plus
