Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Collaborate with the event planning and catering teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.

Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Sales function, preferably in a food-related environment.

This position reports to the Head of Sales. The Sales Development Manager will take responsibility for the sales activities, plan and analyze sales levels and profitability, also responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating sales and marketing strategies for the company, also assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans.

Individual to be involved in:
1. Responsible for overseeing sales and marketing activities
2. Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns
3. To create sales and marketing plans to attract potential customers to the company's products
4.Ensure good customer experience and service standard
5. Actively following up & maintaining the after-sales relationship with customers.
6. Other duties as assigned by director.

Technical Skills and Competencies1.To be able to oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring and forecasting to understand the market.
2. To be able to look for new innovative ideas/strategies to increase sales
3.To be able to oversee and executing marketing campaigns & intiatives
4. Proficient customer relationship service
