You will assist the General Manager in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies while managing our online presence and optimizing customer engagement. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Online Marketing Strategies: Plan, implement, and manage strategies to boost the company's market position.
• Maintain Website and Social Media Relevance: Keep all marketing materials updated and relevant, integrating with offline events and e-commerce platforms.
• Create and Manage Visual Content: Oversee the creation of visual content, including video and photoshoots, for our social media channels.
• Manage Social Media Content: Supervise all published content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok; monitor sales conversions and engage with followers.
• Implement SEO Strategies: Apply SEO techniques and review website performance using analytics tools.
• Source and Manage KOL Influencers: Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders for marketing campaigns.
• Ensure Timely Social Media Updates: Maintain a posting schedule for effective engagement.
• Execute Marketing Plans Within Budget: Implement strategies while adhering to budget constraints.
• Handle Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist with various marketing projects as assigned.

Campaign Planning and Execution

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C audiences, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.
• Conceptualise and develop creative and compelling marketing content for both B2B and B2C audiences, including website content, social media updates, and marketing collateral.
• Execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic and conversions to leads tru social media
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Liaise & working as a team, with our carpenters & designers, taking snippets of their daily work and converting to contents
• Content creation every few days to update tictok and social media account.

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience.

Basic Skills Required:

Diploma in Marketing or Mass Communications.

• Strong understanding of B2C marketing strategies, channels,
• Excellent communication and writing skills, creative and resourceful, proactive and good time management.
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, capcut, canvas
• Fast learner with ability to handle all operational aspects independently.
• Good project management.

Operations Management:

· Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of tasks across departments to maintain smooth business functions.

· Liaise closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment with product delivery strategies and customer needs.

· Assist the Regulatory Department in preparing for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with required standards.

· Issue invoices, airway bills, and assist with packing and labeling of products for delivery.

· Provide logistical and administrative support, including the preparation of internal and external audits.

· Help build and improve resilient internal processes to support rapid scaling and operational growth.

· Coordinate internal resources and assist various teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the company's standards.

· Provide administrative support to ensure all marketing and operational initiatives are executed seamlessly.

Marketing Support & Content Development:

· Assist in the creation and development of engaging marketing materials, such as product brochures, press releases, and digital content for social media.

· Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, offering insights to inform marketing strategies.

· Develop innovative marketing ideas to promote EyRIS products and services, reaching new clients and partners.

· Respond to customer inquiries through email and social media platforms, ensuring professional and timely communication.

Event Representation & Global Branding:

· Represent EyRIS at international events, exhibitions, and conferences, promoting our innovative solutions to a global audience.

· Support the Marketing team in planning and executing promotional activities that boost brand awareness and client engagement.

Administrative & Operational Efficiency:

· Perform any other additional ad hoc duties as assigned.
