Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process phone and email orders accurately and perform data entry. Create sales orders in Synergix system and validate delivery orders.
• Track orders and deliveries, offering real-time customer support by coordinating with delivery vendors.
• Monitor customer accounts and identify potential sales opportunities. Generate leads through research and contact potential customers via phone or email.
• Maintain customer database, track sales contracts, and ensure accurate documentation of all sales-related activities.
