• Maintain an up-to-date of useful resources including SOPs, templates, playbooks, to be assessed by comms practitioners.
• Manage access of repository to staff members.
• Assist to produce internal communications materials to engage comms officers. Work with the team to design attractive internal comms materials including EDMs, newsletters to communicate regularly with comms officers and volunteers.
• Develop a system to record stories of comms officers efforts in the community.

Other duties

• Monitor project expenditure and prepare utilization reports.
• Assist in the procurement of required services, e.g training, resource development.
• Assist in preparing reports to update management and stakeholders
• Perform tasks as assigned.

Experience and skills

• At least one year in a marketing or related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft and effectively convey messages.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and provide insights.
• Good inter-personal skills for working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Flexible and adaptable to work environment.
